Tax Law Changes

Tax law changes frequently. While we update our calculator annually and as significant changes occur, there may be a period between a law change and our update during which our figures do not reflect the most current law. We make no warranty that our figures are current at the exact moment you use the calculator. Always verify critical figures against official IRS and state publications before making financial decisions.

State Tax Approximations

For states with complex progressive tax systems, local surtaxes, or unusual deduction structures, our calculations use reasonable approximations. We document our methodology and its limitations on our Methodology page. Our calculations for some states are more precise than others — California's SDI, New York City's local income tax, and similar nuances are noted in the relevant content but may not all be captured in the main calculator.

CheckNetPay provides this website and calculator "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of this website and reliance on any figures it produces is at your own risk.
